PremiumSportsAi (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides AI-generated sports analysis, predictions, daily fantasy contests, and related content (the “Service”) through premiumsportsai.com. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and a legal resident of a U.S. jurisdiction where sports wagering content and the activities described herein are permitted.
2. Nature of the Service — NOT A SPORTSBOOK
PremiumSportsAi is an information and entertainment service. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds for wagering, set or guarantee betting outcomes, or operate as a licensed sportsbook in any jurisdiction. References to lines, spreads, totals, or odds are informational only.
Outbound links to licensed sportsbooks (DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars, ESPN BET, others) are affiliate links. We may receive commission when you create an account or deposit through these links. Sportsbook account creation, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are governed solely by that sportsbook’s terms.
3. No Guarantees
AI predictions, “Locks of the Day,” confidence ratings, EV calculations, Kelly sizing, DFS lineups, and other analytical output are opinions and probabilistic estimates, not guarantees. Past performance does not predict future results. Do not wager money you cannot afford to lose.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Pro ($14.99/mo) and Sharp ($29.99/mo) subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Charges renew automatically until canceled in your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds. Pay-per-pick ($2.99) and pool entries are one-time and non-refundable once revealed or started. Pricing changes require 30 days’ notice.
5. Daily Fantasy Pools
Pool entries are games of skill. We retain a 15% service fee; the remainder is awarded to winners. Pools are void where prohibited. You are responsible for verifying your state’s eligibility. Minors and self-excluded individuals are prohibited.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post (Hot Takes, profile, chat). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the Service. No unlawful, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or spam content. We may remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to scrape the Service, reverse-engineer our models, resell access, use automation to enter pools or post takes, circumvent paywalls or rate limits, or use the Service where unlawful.
8. Intellectual Property
All Service content (UI, code, AI-generated analysis, branding) is owned by PremiumSportsAi or its licensors. Short attributed excerpts allowed; substantial republication requires written permission.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT PREDICTIONS WILL BE ACCURATE OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING LOST WAGERS.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify PremiumSportsAi from claims arising from your use, breach of Terms, or wagering with any third-party sportsbook.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach. You may close your account via Account → Delete Account. Data retention is governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
Governed by Delaware law. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Wilmington, Delaware, on an individual basis (no class actions), except small-claims actions in your local court.
14. Changes
Material changes announced via email and homepage 14 days before effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
